I brought in my specialized gaming laptop for repair, which required a unique keyboard replacement. The service I received was excellent—they truly understood the urgency of my situation and made every effort to expedite the shipping process. I spoke with John several times over the phone, and he was always patient, thorough, and clear in his explanations. I really appreciated the attention to detail and customer care. I would absolutely return here again.

I was skeptical of using another company besides Apple to work on my phone. Apple was going to charge me about what my phone was worth to fix it and that was just out of the question for me. I went to Refurb King’s in Lex. The store was very nice looking and clean and the staff were super friendly. Not only that, they were extremely fast and did high quality work. Needless to say I was overly impressed with the price, quality, and speed, that I went back and had them replace a battery. Once again, impressed! I highly recommend these guys!

I cracked my screen this morning & use my phone all day for business. I was very stressed and when everyone else said they had to order the parts & couldn't fix it for a few days . . . Refurb Kings said bring it on & we will fix it immediately. They had me fixed up within a few hours good as new. Excellent service & price. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. John cleaned out the charging port on my cell phone, he didn't tell me i needed a new port, which many cell phone repair shops probably would have done, and it works perfectly. He even cleaned out the speakers and mic, free of charge. Refurb Kings is tip top.

Great guys! I've gone to them a couple times. This last time the entire back of my phone had come unglued. They replaced the adhesive free of charge in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Was charged a fee by an employee for looking at an iPad that took about 5 minutes and was not repaired. Talked with the owner about my disgust of walking into his store for 5 minutes and leaving with iPad in same condition. He generously opened his wallet and refunded my fee thanking me for bringing this to his attention “saying that is not how we do business”. Honest and reputable!!!

Been going there for over a decade. Only place I go for repairs on my devices. Very affordable and my screen repairs are done within a hour and have always held up. Just swapped my Apple Air MacBook that the screen went bad on for one they had refurbished. Still works perfect! Love this business!

Previously fixed my phone, I had an issue with my phone again today and gentlemen who helped me was awesome. He gave me tips for the issues, some advice on upgrading my phone and he previously helped me out with my phone. They are reasonably priced if in the market for fixing iPhone screens. It’s been months and honestly, my phone screen with the advised case, I’ve not had a single crack on the screen replaced. They do great quality work. 10/10 recommend!
